Cardinal Building

In 2001, the Pepsi-Cola plant in Long Island City shut their doors, and The Cardinal Building was renovated into 60,000 SF of Class A office space. The Kaufman Organization recently completed a $10+ million capital campaign to fully renovate and reposition the building into a flexible, Class A office property, with Universal supplying its 700 Series Fixed Windows to complete the project.
